In Order to ensure quality services to the patients and good lab standards on par with the best hospitals, our lab services are offered by Hitech Diagnostics, a leading chain of lab services and very popular one in Tamilnadu. Dr. Ganesan, Director, Hitech Diagnostics takes personal interest to ensure that our results are well standardised and at reliable. Our lab takes part in all quality control tests endorsed by leading institutions like Christian Medical College. We have state of the art higher end equipments that has ensured that we give reliable results to our patients at the quickest time possible. Being a part of one of the largest chains helps to give rare tests also not done in this part of Vellore. The patients are ensured of the availability of the results at the earliest as soon as it is ready in our central lab for these tests also. Fully trained lab technicians man our lab 24 hrs. With years of experience they offer high quality care to our patients and the access at the time of day when the patient wants especially for the geriatric patients. Microbiology and pathology samples are also taken up and analysed.

As in all aspects of patient care we have also ensured that we have a good hospital management software. In this field of technology and information it is important to have all our records complete. Our software designed and maintained by one of the leaders in the healthcare industry – Insta Health Solutions – has ensured smooth functioning of the hospital and also maintenance of our hospital records. We can retrieve information of all patients who have registered with our hospital from the first day.

Medical Records Department

With about a lakh of charts to be maintained we have a fully functioning medical records department. All the patients have their unique charts and Medical records number which helps us to maintain a good account of their illness and also aids in easy retrieval of information. We have records of every patient entering our hospital right from the day of inauguration. Digitalisation of the department is our next vision.. It is staffed by people trained in record maintenance round the clock.
