Dr. Shakthi, our dynamic physician has ensured us of a good adult and geriatric care. Special emphasis is on the diabetic and hypertensive patients. The department supported by good intensive and emergency care has ensured good adult and geriatric care for people in and around Vellore. Our services range from diabetic care, hypertensive care, to people with renal problems, respiratory issues, ulcers and other gastro problems. Soon to be added dialysis service will be an addition to this department.
Cardiac Care
The department is supported by our Cardiologist Dr. Sabapathy who is available for emergencies and routine care ensuring the patients of cardiac care in the event of any emergencies. We also undertake thrombolysis of patients with Myocardial infarction which is followed up by angio if required in association with our colleagues in Chennai which ensures our patients of continuous tertiary care.
